Black Diamond Pest Control Hiring for Marketing Creative and Accounts Specialist Full Time

*Not a Remote Position. The Marketing Specialist s to the Director of Marketing and is responsible for all aspects of marketing throughout the company. This includes account management for all Black Diamond locations (13), as well as Graphic Design and Writing for all adverting efforts.

Specific tasks include, but are not limited to:

• Act as Marketing Representative to all outside vendors and internal departments.
• Create new marketing materials for HQ and all Black Diamond locations as required. (Ex. Brochures, Flyers, Postcards, Door Hangers, Display Items, Email Marketing and more.)
• Create daily Social Media posts (art and content) for all Black Diamond locations. Social platforms include Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
• Direct and Monitor SEO/SEM Initiative through partnership with Digital Marketing Firm.
• Work with team members to create company blog posts.
• Update and Maintain Internal companywide storage cloud
• Update company website as needed.
• Support Other Departments such and HR, Training and Business Development. (Ex. Work with Director of Business Expansion to advertise Franchising opportunities in order to further grow our business in the US.)
• Create New Seasonally Appropriate Billboard Designs 6x per year for HQ location.
• Make decisions regarding company sponsorship opportunities
• Screen incoming marketing offers & meet with potential Advertising partners
• Oversee other Marketing Team members
• Provide campaign progress s to company leadership

The Ideal Candidate:

• Has 5+ years of experience in account management, writing and designing for advertising.
• Management Experience
• Personable with the ability to cordially interact with a number of different individuals both inside and outside of the company
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite
• Strong Knowledge of SEO/SEM
• Excellent Oral and Written Communication Skills
• Excellent Time Management and Attention to Detail
• Experience with Social Media Marketing
• Familiar with Managing and Growing a Company Brand
• Bachelor’s Degree in Related Field Preferred
