We offer base pay plus competitive commission.
We intend to be the leading HVAC marketing company in the world, and we have developed a unique algorithm and customer software that gets our clients more calls than any other marketing company can come close to. In short, our product is better than our competitors.
We charge premium fees because we offer premium service and consierge customer relations. Not only that, but we only work with specific clients that are in a specific stage of growth. The reason for this is not because we want clients that can afford it, of course we do, but the marketing system we developed works ESPECIALLY well for companies in the ~$3-5M/year range (which is a mid-sized HVAC company).
Since we cannot serve everyone, and since we offer clients exclusivity of their service area, we must be selective.
The leads are both warm and cold. We have a killer script and an excellent system and we like to stick to it. Pay is base + commission. Commission is 10% per client (recurring revenue) and $2,000 per month base to start as a base. The base evaporates as soon as your commission exceeds that amount, but it’s there to help you get started as you fill your pipeline.
Clients sign on for 4-6k per month. A good goal to set is 20 clients in your first year. Paychecks are issued monthly. This is B2B. There is training, small pay (15/hr), which we will knock out in a few hours per day for a few days.
The job is logging into our system and calling every HVAC business in the country to find qualified leads, fill the pipeline, and spend half the day prospecting and half the day following up on warm leads.
Work from wherever you want. We communicate daily in Slack and Basecamp.
