BJs Lawncare & Landscaping, Inc is looking for a career minded, team manager to run and manage a portfolio of clients within a multimillion landscape operation, that is growing!!

Full time salaried position $60,000 to $75,000 with potential to earn more depending upon experience.

Experience in a supervisory setting within the green industry is required.

Must learn and enforce company’s mission statement and philosophy, as well as be responsible, but not limited, to the below.

• Responsible for growing the business through sales to new clients and enhancements to existing clients.
• Coordinates labor, equipment, and materials with divisional manager to ensure completion of work is within budget, safety guidelines, and quality.
• Promotes growth and development of field staff and works closely with other account managers.
• Promotes a team atmosphere and lends support to other divisions and operational activities for the entire company.
• Must have job skills, leadership skills, management skills, and knowledge of the landscape industry.
• Manage multiple accounts, ensuring that a high level of customer retention and satisfaction is maintained
• Meet monthly quotas
• Engage with multiple customers on a daily basis by reaching out to new clients, and by developing campaigns for maintaining customer loyalty
• Implement strategies for retaining customers requesting to terminate or downgrade their account
• Superior customer service skills required.

Experience

Landscape Account Manager or Supervisory Role with 3 or more years preferred
