B&J Medical Hiring for Medical Device – Anodize Operator at Kendallville, IN Full Time

Purpose:

The Anodize Operator performs cleaning and anodization of medical devices. The operator is responsible for monitoring, maintaining and documenting process input variables such as bath concentrations, temperatures and times per acceptable standards and validated ranges. The operator measures and documents output results to ensure process meets defined acceptance criteria.

Duties:

· Performs Cleaning and Anodize processes in an efficient and expeditious manner

· Monitors process input parameters using calibrated measurement tools and adds
chemicals or water as needed to maintain compliant operation

· Works with maintenance on coordination of process bath and rinse change over

· Masking parts with various materials, if required.

· Measure process acceptance using color samples per customer and industry
standards

· Complete quality documentation for monitoring process control including
certification of conformance

· Perform line clearance on each order before moving onto the next job

· Maintain a neat and orderly work space

· Follow direction provided by Finishing Manager

· Other Duties as assigned

Experience, Education and Certifications:

· 1 year of experience in a manufacturing environment

· High School Diploma or equivalent is encouraged

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 – $20.00 per hour
