Position Details

The Implementation Specialist is the main communicator between internal departments to ensure our new client’s digital marketing accounts, including SEO campaigns and Websites, are set up and launched on time. The ideal candidate should have a foundational understanding of the impact digital marketing has for small businesses in growing their company and be passionate about delivering the results best tailored to their unique business goals.

Responsibilities:

• Effectively facilitate the implementation of all of our Local SEO Marketing Campaigns through clear communication, great time management, and exceptional customer service.
• Connect with new clients over the phone to learn about their business and set up their new marketing campaigns.
• Initiate in-depth consultations with small business owners in order to discover their company’s specialties, identify what could strengthen their branding, and discuss website design.
• Conduct follow-up calls to gather additional information as the project is launching and conduct review calls along the way to educate them on the features of their new website.
• Facilitate meetings to review the s and tools accessible to our customers for on-going monitoring of their campaigns.
• on project statuses, timelines, open issues and deadlines throughout the full implementation process from initial intake call to launch.

Qualifications:

• 1-3 years of experience in digital marketing
• Technical knowledge of popular CMS platforms such as WordPress
• Conversational knowledge of domains, MX records, design, and SEO
• Project management understanding related to balancing multiple projects and priorities
• Time management
• Assertive communication skills
• Ability to deliver the highest level of customer care
• The highest level of integrity, customer focus, and partnership
• A keen eye for design and a basic understanding of website design
• Knows how and when to ask clarifying questions
• Skilled in cross-department communication
• Ability to work independently and without constant supervision

Pay: $45,000.00 – $55,000.00 per year
