Profile – Call Center Associate ( Customer Support Executive )
Experience – Fresher – 2 Years
Qualification – 10th /12th Graduate ( Excellent Communication )
Location – Kormangala Bangalore
Roles & Responsibility –
– Outbound Calls to clients
– Appointment Booking of clients New and Existing Clients for Salon and Clinics
– Follow up with Clients on Visit dates
– Data entry in system related to appointment booking/visits/Customer experience
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $10,000.00 – $17,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Night shift
Experience:
- Call center: 1 year (Preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
