Talent Acquisition Manager opportunity in beautiful Hamilton, Montana!!

Bitterroot Health is seeking candidates to fill a Talent Acquisition Manager position in our Human Resources department. The Talent Acquisition Manager recommends suitable recruitment strategies to meet Bitterroot Health’s (BH) recruitment needs. This position educates on effective interviewing techniques, as well as working with the Human Resources team to develop and implement a recruitment and onboarding process.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelors degree in Human Resource Management, Business Management, or related field.
• Job Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: Excellent interpersonal skills, including the ability to communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing; negotiation skills; flexibility in varying situations; ability to work independently with a minimum of supervision; ability to organize and prioritize duties; ability to work well with other marketing, administrative, and medical staff; willingness to telephone and meet with individuals in the early morning and evenings as needed to enhance recruitment efforts.
• Experience: A minimum of 2 years’ experience in recruitment, healthcare preferred. Previous experience in healthcare required. A minimum of 2 years’ experience in people management required.
