Job description

Your role and responsibilities:

Provide administrative and secretarial support to the Head of Client Services and Team Leaders
Responsible for coordinating various events in Client Services
Organize meetings with various stakeholders
Point of contact for daily operations in the team office
Secure a high service culture and administrative standards
Prepare and submit expenses claims
Support in different Client Services projects

Required technical and professional expertise:

Professional usage of PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook is a given
You are a service oriented team player and willing to work for several persons in an international environment and across cultures
You are a quick learner and you show pro activity, flexibility and initiative as well as able to cope with stress
Excellent organizational & administration skills with close attention to detail and the ability to prioritize

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Salary: $27.00-$37.00 per hour
