Job Function:
As part of creating a We Are Bison! Culture and a critical team member responsible for creating and driving the strategy around full life cycle recruiting, to include recruitment, branding, sourcing, relationship management, and retention. This position will support continued success of the company through strategic talent planning and acquisition for leadership and other critical roles within the organization. This position reports to the Director – Human Resources.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Develop and deploy recruiting and sourcing strategies that cultivate a high performance environment and ensure that the company creates a best in class talent network.
• Create, organize, and implement strategies and supporting initiatives that will improve and transform the overall talent acquisition process and quality of hiring within Bison.
• Brand and establish the organization as an employer of choice in the marketplace.
• Conduct Stay and Exit Interviews and provide quarterly analysis to Director – HR and CEO.
• Develop and execute best-in-class practices for end-to-end candidate experience, inclusive of sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and onboarding.
• Partner with Bison’s leadership team to translate business strategies into human capital needs and overall strategic workforce plans, assessing future skill requirements for Bison and developing appropriate talent strategies.
• Coordinate Monthly Lunch n Learns.
• Implement and ensure success of college recruiting and employee development.
• Lead the recruitment technology platform strategy and ensure full optimization, utilization, enhancements and continuous improvement of the applicant tracking system (Kronos) and other recruitment tools.
• Tracks open positions and measures the success of the recruiting process.
• Ensure compliance with Bison’s EEO/diversity policies and affirmative action plan.
• Utilize various sourcing strategies to include: social media platforms, job boards, data mining techniques, job fairs and community recruitment events, university recruitment events, university career offices, referrals, and networking, while continually identifying new pipelines through research.
• Participate in succession planning programs and integrate search activity to align with the succession plans and talent/competency gaps.
• Oversee and manage candidate relationship/experience through the use of appropriate data platforms and consistent and persuasive communication.
• Provide mentorship, guidance, and career development with focus of being consultative and strategic to the business while raising the bar on recruiting performance.
• Provide accurate, up to date, and informative recruitment dashboard.
• Continuous measurement and improvement of the recruitment process through recruiting metric collection, analysis, and goal setting.
• Chair committees – Diversity & Inclusion and Fun Police.
• Educate leadership team and management on recruiting trends, and recommend new approaches that allow Bison to cultivate a diverse pipeline of talent for current and future needs.
• Work with Bison’s immigration firm to facilitate the sponsorship process for H-1B visas.
• Demonstrate an understanding of current related legislation, recommending new procedures and conduct training, as necessary.

Qualifications and Competencies:
