About the job

This is a full-time on-site role, located in New York City. We are looking for an Inside Sales Representative (Canine Happiness Advocate) who will be responsible for proactively nurturing strong relationships with clients and promoting our range of quality pet services.

In this unique role, you will drive revenue growth by engaging with clients and presenting our services in the most personalized and professional way possible. This position requires a passion for dogs, excellent communication skills, and the ability to effectively convey how our services meet the unique needs of each client and their dogs. You are the go-to guru for all things dog-related from the latest in wellness trends to the benefits of our overnight care and training services, your knowledge will reassure and inspire clients, guiding them to the perfect solutions for their needs. With your caring approach and daily check-ins for upcoming reservations, you will uncover opportunities to enhance each dog’s stay, ensuring every detail is correct and every need is anticipated with strategic upsells. You will generate $20,000 weekly in direct sales by making pet ownership fun and easier.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Sales experience
• Must be able to work well under pressure, maximize sales potential, and meet sales targets consistently
• A positive and professional attitude with excellent communication skills and the ability to present new services to clients in a compelling manner
• Experience in Inside Sales, Account Management, or Sales Support
• Excellent at time management, prioritization, and closing negotiations
• Salesforce experience a plus
• A passion for dogs and animals, with a deep appreciation of customer service, relationship building, and nurturing clients

Salary: Base salary of $50,000 with the opportunity to earn 50% or more in commissions
