One of our amazing team members, Ashleigh Furse is off to embark on the exciting journey of parenthood. If I am honest, I can’t help but feel mixed emotions…. excitement, pride and a little sadness. When you lose a team mate, a comrade, there is a sense of loss. Each person in our team adds to who we are and what we achieve together.

But with change, comes opportunity and we are excited to bring a new comrade to our team.

Our team are a lively and friendly bunch, we are passionate about what we do and take pride in what we offer. We all bring something a little different and openly share thoughts, ideas and insight to help each other achieve. We support some pretty great customers and providing top notch service is vital to our DNA.

The role is a mix of blue and white collar recruitment within your own portfolio of sites across WA/SA. You can contribute or own lots of other fun work like team projects, initiatives and campaigns. A couple of big ticket items for us at the moment are revamping how we operate and bringing in a new HRIS system.

If you are chasing growth, there is plenty to learn and can personally say I have learnt more here in 3 years than in any other role. If you are just starting out, that is ok too, we can help you learn and develop your skills.

The office in Osborne Park surprises those who are new to the area and really is pretty nice place to be. Getting out and about is super important as well and our sites love a visit from the team, so you can grab your boots and head out yonder.
