The nuts and bolts of the role is a mix a blue and white collar recruitment for load and haul and fixed plant operations in the Pilbara and Midwest. There is also lots of fun work like team projects, initiatives and campaigns to be involved in. A couple of big ticket items for us at the moment are our trainee programs and bringing in a new management system.

If you are chasing growth, there is plenty to learn and can personally say I have learnt more here in 3 years than in any other role. If you are just starting out, that is ok too, we can help you learn and develop your skills.
