We are looking for an excellent HR Administrator to join the HR Operations team on a fixed term basis to provide maternity cover.
In this role, you will be expected to provide effective administrative support with particular responsibility for the HR Operations team. You will contribute to the overall effective service delivery, providing information and support to ensure a high-quality service is provided to colleagues within HR as well as across the College.
Some of the main duties of the role will be:
You will be joining a busy, supportive team and will need to have proven relevant experience of office administration (ideally in a HR Department), dealing with enquiries in a customer service environment. You will have excellent data entry and the ability to prioritise a busy work load and manage multiple activities.
Remuneration:
Grade 4 of the College’s London Pay Scale which is £27,727 rising to £31,096 per annum.
The salary quoted is on the College’s London Pay Scale which includes a consolidated Weighting/Allowance which applies only to staff whose normal contractual place of work is in the London area.
