The Partner Talent Acquisition Team comprises of two Partner Talent Acquisition Managers, one Partner Talent Acquisition Officer and a Partner HR/Talent Acquisition Assistant. You will be reporting into the Global Head of Talent Acquisition.
Working on a global basis with the Heads of Country, Practice and Sector groups as well as the CEO, CFO and members of ExCom, this role supports and drives forward the recruitment of lateral partners (as individual hires, teams, or as part of a merger) whilst ensuring appropriate partner engagement across the firm. This person also has a pivotal role in planning the integration of new lateral partners, making sure that they work with Partner HR to help them ensure the relevant individual(s) are properly integrated into various parts of the firm. This requires close co-ordination with sponsor partners and the various business services staff involved in partner recruitment across the firm.
