Summary

The Logistics Specialist provides support to the Customer Operations team. The Logistics Specialist is based remotely, and s to the Logistics Manager.

Essential Functions

• Receive in-bound calls and inquiries via phone and online and direct them to the appropriate person. Make out-bound calls as necessary
• Manage customer orders and enter them into order system
• Assist with processing orders and generate corresponding invoices
• Help maintain Kerecis’ customer relationship management (CRM) system for accuracy
• Assist with Accounts Receivable communication and collection
• Assist with case creation for benefit investigation
• Handle administrative functions within the Customer Operations Department
• Assist other departments with administrative functions
• Help with various financial tasks, such as expense reimbursement compliance
• Handle miscellaneous tasks as assigned

Requirements

Competencies

• Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to communicate in writing and verbally to internal and external customers

Education Experience

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience from an accredited college or university
• 2+ years of relevant experience in a fast-paced and semi-independent environment
