About the role:

As our Ecommerce & Marketing Coordinator, you’ll have the exciting opportunity to assist with the execution of our overall marketing strategy, develop and execute our organic social media strategy across a range of channels, including TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Pinterest. You’ll be responsible for ideating and creating compelling content that resonates with our target audience across our website, email and social channels. Plus, you’ll have the chance to manage influencer relationships and collaborate with them to produce authentic and engaging content.

We’re looking for someone with an understanding of the ecommerce marketing landscape. You will work closely with the marketing team to develop and implement strategies that increase brand awareness, connect with our customers, and with your finger on the pulse of the latest social media trends, you’ll identify and leverage new opportunities to enhance our social media presence.

Key responsibilites include:

• Assisting with the execution of marketing plan; including weekly edms, organic social media & community management, writing compelling copy for social media and blogs
• Creating high-quality, engaging, and visually appealing content for social media channels 
• Collaborating with the marketing team to deliver effective ongoing influencer partnerships
• Assisting with PR & Media relations, and product shoots as required
• Maintaining and updating marketing asset library
• Assisting with maintenance of websites and on site promotions
• Assisting with Customer Service, Phone Orders and Adhoc Admin

About you:

• Ideally you’ll have proven experience in a similar role
• Previous experience with Shopify, Klaviyo and Zendesk highly regarded
• Strong understanding of social media channels
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in graphic design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite or Canva
• Passion for skincare, beauty, and wellness
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
