Job Description: Sales Manager (Water Treatment Industries)

We are currently seeking an experienced Sales Manager with a proven track record in the water treatment industries to join our team in Hyderabad. As a Sales Manager specialized in water treatment, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth, expanding our client base, and strengthening our position in the market.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets in the water treatment industries.
• Leverage your expertise in water treatment technologies and solutions to effectively communicate the value of our products and services to potential clients.
• Identify new business opportunities within the water treatment sector through market research and lead generation activities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and key decision-makers in the industry.
• Collaborate with the technical team to understand client requirements and propose customized water treatment solutions.
• Conduct sales presentations, product demonstrations, and technical discussions with clients.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and advancements in water treatment technologies.
• Lead and motivate the sales team to ensure they are equipped with the necessary knowledge to effectively promote our water treatment solutions.
• Participate in industry events, trade shows, and conferences to showcase our expertise and expand our network.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Sales Manager in the water treatment industries.
• In-depth knowledge of various water treatment technologies, such as reverse osmosis, filtration, disinfection, and wastewater treatment.
• Strong understanding of the challenges and requirements in water treatment for different industries.
• Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and business growth within the water treatment sector.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively convey technical information to clients.
• Ability to establish and maintain strong client relationships and provide exceptional customer service.
• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related field is preferred.
• Experience working with water treatment equipment manufacturers or suppliers is an advantage.
