Talent Acquisition Specialist

Bionical Solutions are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to take full responsibility for the recruitment of our Sales and Digital divisions.

This is a fast-paced and commercially driven role which will build your knowledge across a number of business functions and lead to specialism in the Pharmaceutical and Healthcare industry.

What will you be doing as a TA Specialist?

• Responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process
• Devise and action sourcing strategies
• Develop a candidate portfolio
• Consult on new requirements, recommend and action recruitment strategies
• Carry out interviews both telephone based and face to face
• Provide weekly formal resourcing updates to line managers
• Maintain all databases, management reports and documentation
• Deliver a high level of candidate sourcing through headhunting and direct applications
• Develop a strong network of candidates in the market
• Write job ads
• Manage the social media accounts focusing on candidate attraction campaigns

What skills will you need to be successful?

• Experience in either an agency or internal recruitment environment
• Experience recruiting pharma sales professionals
• Capability to use social media and other technologies to assist the recruitment process
• Successful record of exceeding targets and KPI’s
• Commercial awareness
• Able to develop relationships with multiple stakeholders
• Able to identify themes, trends and changes within the Pharmaceutical

recruitment sector
