Natural Health Products Customer and Sales Support for the Burnaby, B.C. area. Are you passionate about natural health products? Do you like a job with variety? Do you care about customer service? Do you have the ability to sell? Are you driven to succeed? Do you want to make a difference in people’s lives? The successful candidate for Customer and Sales Support must be a highly motivated, self-starter with the ability to multitask. Job duties include but are not limited to back-office administrative tasks and engaging with customers by phone, email, and social media. The candidate must be well rounded with great social skills and great office admin skills. The candidate must also have the ability to up-sell on incoming orders.
The Opportunity: We are looking for a Jane or Jack of all trades! Someone who can answer incoming calls and emails, capture orders, process invoices, call on accounts to check in, and connect with health practitioners and their support staff to build relationships and makes new sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls and emails
- Enter Orders
- Process Invoices
- Sell our great products
- Build and maintain relationships with customers.
- Collaborate with our Education and Medical Support Specialists to support and build a foundation our customers can trust.
Ideal Profile:
- You know how to engage with people
- You are passionate about health and wellness
- You are honest and hard-working
- You are a self-starter with initiative and a positive attitude You are a quick learner with a good memory for procedures
- You have the ability to work in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment
- College or University Education in alternative medicine an asset
Nice to haves:
- Experience using CRMs and/or Accounting Programs (Sage 300)
- Experience in the natural health products industry
