BioMed Realty Hiring for Senior Forecast & Data Analyst, Finance Job at San Diego, CA Full Time

We are looking for an experienced Senior Forecast & Data Analyst to support the company’s corporate finance functions, including financial planning and analysis, quarterly reporting, portfolio analysis, and preparation of materials/presentations for senior management and lenders.
Responsibilities
Analyst will assist with the preparation of:

• Property and portfolio cash flow forecast, modeling, and analysis
• Development underwriting and reporting
• Recurring quarterly presentations and reporting packages
• Industry and market research
• Tenant and lease underwriting & analysis efforts
• Financial analysis, including financings and related materials
• Role will require heavy utilization of the organization’s enterprise reporting software, SAP Business Planning & Consolidation (SAP BPC)

Skills/Experience

• 3-5 years of corporate finance, FP&A reporting, data analysis, public accounting, or commercial real estate experience
• BA/BS with strong performance in Finance, Real Estate, Information Systems/Technology, Economics, Accounting or related field
• Prior experience with a database management and/or enterprise reporting systems (i.e. SAP BPC, Hyperion, Essbase, etc.) is required
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel (required), experience with cash flows and building financial models is a plus
• Experience with PowerPoint and/or Argus also preferred
• Organized and thoughtful with strong attention to detail
• Able to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment with multiple active deadlines, and adapt readily to changing priorities
• Ability to clearly convey technical information orally and in written correspondence, reports and presentations
