ing to the Executive Director of Global Talent Acquisition, The Principal Talent Advisor serves as a senior recruiter on the Global Talent Acquisition team. In this role you will be the Principal Talent Advisor for our Global Commercial Operations team in North America, as well as take on other clients in Corporate Groups, R&D and Technical Operations, as needed.
You will be responsible for full life cycle recruiting by understanding the short- and long-term talent needs of the organization(s) that you support and creating and executing recruiting strategy to meet those needs. Developing the recruiting strategy will require you to understand current market conditions, as well as how to leverage all the recruiting tools at your disposal. Internally, you will successfully partner with functional Vice Presidents, Hiring Managers, interview teams, Talent Coordinators, HR Business Partners, HR Operations and Compensation. If needed, you will partner with external partners to deliver against recruiting goals. You will ensure exceptional candidate experience.

Bachelor’s Degree required, preferably in Business or the Sciences. Master’s degree or advanced certification in HR desired.

In the U.S., the salary range for this position is $ 131,800 to $ 197,600 per year, which factors in various geographic regions. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A discretionary bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
