About the Role

The Talent Acquisition Coordinator will play a key role in supporting the TA team and the overall recruiting process. The TA Coordinator partners closely with our Recruiters, Hiring Managers, HR team and candidates in a fast-paced environment while interacting with all levels of the organization in order to execute the full recruiting and hiring process.

• Craft and update job descriptions
• Conduct compensation and benefits analyses for various roles
• Organize candidates’ data (resumes, assignments and contact details) in internal databases
• Design candidate experience surveys and analyze feedback
• Perform reference checks
• Coordinate interviews and contact applicants
• Follow up with hiring managers to expedite the interview process
• Prepare reports on new hire metrics (time-to-fill, time-to-hire and source of hire)
• Manage employee referral process, including asking for referrals and managing bonus requests
• Identify opportunities to improve the recruiting process and candidate experience
• Other related duties and projects as required

What We Are Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• 1+ years of HR/recruiting experience
• 1+ years in a high-volume scheduling, coordination and administrative role
• Experience with ATS required, ATS implementation a plus
• Experience handling confidential and sensitive information with tact, diplomacy and discretion
• Highly organized with attention to detail and excellent follow through
• Demonstrated strong work ethic and enthusiasm
• A high degree of integrity, reliability and accountability
• Ability to succeed in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Self-motivated and results-oriented
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, be flexible to change and meet tight deadlines
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), working knowledge of Teams a plus

Job Type: Full-time – Exempt

Salary Expectations: $60-70K (based on experience and location)

Work Location: Ideally Onsite – Golden, CO
