BioCentriq is a full service CDMO specializing in autologous and allogeneic cell therapies and gene therapies. Our team of expert scientist and quality professionals work with clients to translate ground-breaking treatments into the clinic. The novel therapeutics we focus on require constant innovation and creative thinking for the clinical translation and subsequent GMP manufacturing to be successful. BioCentriq’s state-of-the-art facilities include process development laboratories as well as GMP manufacturing facilities to support clinical manufacturing. BioCentriq was launched in 2019 by NJII (a New Jersey Institute of Technology Corporation) and became a wholly owned subsidiary of GC (formerly known as Green Cross Holdings, GC was founded in 1967 and is headquartered in South Korea) in May 2022.

We are currently looking for a sourcing specialist to join us and partner with hiring managers to hire top talent across all career levels within our fast-growing business.

This position reports to Head of Human Resources of BioCentriq.

Responsibilities:

· Develop relationship with executives, hiring manager to understand organizational needs and influence hiring managers to deliver on hiring needs as efficiently as possible.

· Leverage social media platforms and tools in driving candidate/employment brand awareness

· Identify and assess candidates for current and future openings.

· Conduct searches using social media, job boards & networking to identify and recruit passive talent from the market

· Phone screen candidates to assess skills, competencies, aptitude, cultural fit, compensation expectations and interest level.

· Provide weekly status report to Head of Human resources regarding candidate pipeline status and market insights

· Understanding of Good Manufacturing Practices

Required Qualifications:

Experience / Education:

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
• 3+ years of Recruitment/Talent Acquisition experience
• Experience developing and executing sourcing strategies
• Experience developing and maintaining relationships with prospective candidates.

Knowledge / Skills / Abilities:

• Must have experience with sourcing and recruiting in the Life Science industry
• Must have strong communication skills
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work in a team environment and independently as required
• Proven ability to source from multiple sources
• Proficient written communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 – $49.00 per hour
