Biocentric Health Research Hiring for Medical Front Office Assistant at West Columbia, SC Full Time

Biocentric Health Research is a clinical research site that conduct pharmaceutical trials on behalf of our pharmaceutical clients. We are seeking a Medical Front Office Assistant to become a part of our team! You will perform routine administrative assignments to keep our medical facility running smoothly.

Responsibilities:

• Handle all administrative duties assigned by site staff in a timely manner
• Answer phones
• Schedule patient and pharmaceutical client appointments
• Check patients out
• Check patients in and ensure they are assigned a unique identifier number
• Enter patient information into our RealTime Clinical Trial Management System
• Scan patient information into our RealTime Clinical Trial Management System
• Request medical records
• Receive site packages and follow proper procedures for registering them in system
• Record minutes from office meetings
• Post company social media content

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in healthcare administration or other related fields
• Friendly, outgoing personality, and respectful attitude
• Strong organizational skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
