Bio-Rad Laboratories, Inc Hiring for Customer Service Representative I – Temporary at Remote Full Time

The candidate would run an open order for items that are on backorder from the previous day. Emails will be sent to the order contact using an email template providing the customer with the expected delivery date.

Reschedule items on backorder will require running another . Emails using a template in outlook will be sent to those customers affected notifying them the item has been rescheduled and provide the updated delivery date. Once both s are cleared, new and rescheduled, working in Esker CI will be continuous through out the day. Categorizing customer inquiries received in the main customer service inbox will be the focus.

• Updated information regarding the delivery date on backordered items.
• Categorizing customer inquiries to ensure the appropriate teams work on the customer request in a timely manner.

• Microsoft 365 – Outlook, Proficient in Excel – basic/intermediate level, customer service background

Location: Bio-Rad is pleased to offer the flexibility of Remote Work for this role anywhere in the U.S.

Compensation: The estimated hourly range for this position is $18.70 to $32.02 at the time of posting. Actual compensation will be provided in writing at the time of offer, if applicable, and is based on several factors we believe fairly and accurately impact compensation, including geographic location, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, and other job permitted factors. As a temporary associate, your employment will be managed directly through our approved agency provider.
