Bingo Pet Salon Hiring for at Remote Full Time

As an Appointment Scheduler, you will be responsible for the scheduling needs of our busy grooming salons in Royal Oak, Hazel Park, and Clinton Township. The ideal candidate MUST possess prior experience working with animals and scheduling, preferably as a former groomer. Exceptional customer service skills and the ability to multi-task effectively are required for this position. This role is perfect for a independent and organized individual with strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

• Schedule appointments for dog and cat groomers.
• Prepare groomer appointment notes for the following day.
• Input daily groom notes.
• Ensure that information is accurate.
• Review and update forms, documents, and records as needed.
• Provide customer service.
• Be responsible for all essential details.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $14.00 – $15.00 per hour
