Canada and abroad. Our team is looking for a highly motivated and experienced manufacturing lead to help us scale up production and lead the day to day manufacturing operations as we expand in the Canadian market and launch across the United States.

ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY
As a full-time manufacturing lead at BinBreeze you will be responsible for the day-to-day production and fulfillment operations. You will work closely with:

• CTO on forecasts, efficiency, and output
• Production workers on production, safety, quality assurance, and shipment prep
• Raw material suppliers and large clients on coordinating and scheduling shipments

You are a passionate individual with a strong technical background who thrives in a fast paced, entrepreneurial environment. You are highly motivated, result-oriented and thrive on exceeding targets and solving problems. We are looking for individuals with a can-do attitude and positivity.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Responsible for scheduling, overseeing and managing manufacturing process and staff
• Ensure production targets are met on time and according to documented quality standards
• Responsible for managing raw materials, inventory, and finished goods
• Actively participate in work flow reviews and efficiency improvements
• Maintain a safe working environment for all employees

Qualifications

• Located near Abbotsford
• 2+ years of experience leading a production line/manufacturing operation
• Physical ability to lift 30-40 lbs.
• Forklift operator licence
• Start-up mentality is a must; prior start-up experience is preferred.
• Passionate, proactive self-starter that is self-directed and able to execute and solve problems independently.
• Strong team spirit and able to work effectively in collaboration with others, coordinating across teams and building consensus.
• Good business judgement and common sense and able to prioritize and optimize effectively.
• Strong process management skills; does not miss out on an opportunity.
• Hungry to develop their skills and take on more responsibilities quickly – our ambitious expansion plans mean we’re looking for new leaders to help us grow.
• Detail oriented with a commitment to accurate reporting and efficient tracking

Job Particulars

• Full-time
• Salary + ESOP
• Start May 9st

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $20.00-$24.00 per hour
