Position Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and talented Graphics and Media Coordinator to join the Marketing team for a 4-8 month co-op term starting May 1st. The intern will have the opportunity to work on various projects, including website design, marketing materials, and video production. This position requires a strong understanding of graphic design, media production, and a passion for creating engaging content.

A typical day as a Graphics and Media Coordinator:

• Contribute to the design and production of marketing materials, including flyers, brochures, and presentations.
• Assist in the design and development of the company website.
• Create video content for the company, including product demos and promotional videos.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative concepts and ideas for campaigns.
• Work with the marketing team to ensure that all graphics and media assets align with the company’s brand identity.

Qualifications:

• Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s degree program in graphic design, media production, or a related field.
• Strong portfolio showcasing graphic design and media production skills.
• Proficiency in graphic design software, such as Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign).
• Familiarity with video production software, such as Adobe Premiere and After Effects.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Passion for creating engaging and visually appealing content.
