Job Title: BIM ACS Specialist

Location: Deharadun

Experience: 3+ years

Employment Type: Full-time

Objective of the Role:

To ensure project quality and timely delivery by managing assigned teams, overseeing project deliverables, and maintaining compliance with BIM standards and workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

• Distribute tasks and monitor progress within the team.
• Review and ensure accuracy of BIM models and drawings as per BIM standards and project checklists. Execute the production of BIM models and shop drawings for construction.
• Ensure timely completion of all deliverables as per project schedule.
• Report progress regularly to the BIM Lead / Manager.
• Audit and prepare documents for client submissions.
• Prepare RFIs / Clarifications and manage project documentation.
• Extract and verify quantities from 3D Models. Contribute to 4D Scheduling and Value Engineering.
• Support in team development, mentoring, and efficient resource utilization.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Architectural.
• Software Expertise: AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks (essential).
• Experience: Minimum 3+ years in BIM Modelling / Coordination.
• Technical Skills: Strong communication, presentation, graphics, writing, designing, and modeling skills.
• Soft Skills: Active listening, integrity, adaptability, and openness to change. Ability to handle a team of at least 10 resources efficiently.
