Junior Administrator/Data Entry Operator – Contract Position May 2023 to August 2023

Bilsland Griffith Benefit Administrators is a third party pension and benefit plan administrator based in Burnaby. We work closely with the members and Trustees of negotiated cost pension and benefits plans in delivering superior member service and accurate plan administration.

Our team is made up of consultants, data analysts, pension and benefit administrators, accountants and support staff, focussing on making sure that Plan members understand the benefits that have been negotiated on their behalf. Our clients value our breadth of experience and attention to detail in administering their plans.

Administration

We are looking for a junior administrator from May 2023 to August 2023. This full-time position will be responsible for conducting the 2023 retiree audit across several clients.

Responsibilities will include:

• Conducting 2023 pensioner audit for all clients.
• Processing incoming mail/email.
• Data entry and administering information accurately using Excel at an intermediate level.
• Scanning and filing completed forms electronically.
• Preparing follow up correspondence.
• Providing an efficient, professional customer service approach over the phone or by email.

Requirements:

• Intermediate or higher level Excel and Word skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and work well with other team members.

Our office is centrally located near the Brentwood Sky Train station for an easy commute from around the Lower Mainland.
