A Day in the Life: As an Insurance Account Manager/CSR for Billow Insurance you will be able to provide your friends, family, and community with a positive and personal insurance experience without the pressure of pitching a sale. Our goal is to make sure our customers leave with a better understanding of their insurance and with protection that they know they can trust. During the day you may be answering phone calls and emails from current customers, assisting with policy changes, explaining coverages, taking claims, and more. There will be opportunities for growth, training, and networking events with our different carriers.
