About the role

The Finance Analyst will report to Senior Manager – FP&A and Commercial Finance Manager. The core function of this role is to provide financial and commercial support and partner with the business through reporting and analysis.

Other key tasks aligned to this role will include:

Management Accounting and Finance Administration

• Partner with Sales Departments and manage group revenue functions including customer signed documents audit, client billing, revenue recognition, sales commission calculation and KPI tracking
• Manage month-end-processes to deliver accurate and timely reporting with commentaries and insights.
• Support end to end planning processes including budgeting, forecasting and long-term financial and KPI projections.

Data Modelling

• Creation of financial models to assist with business decisions.
• Supporting the head of operations on measurement of client, regional profitability.

• Build budget and forecast models that consider key economic factors, channels to market, segments and customer activity.
• Analyse business performance trends and drivers to explain actual vs budget;

• Build user friendly models to analyse business performance

FP&A and commercial finance

• Collaborate with key stakeholders and assist with budgeting and forecasting for the group
• Preparing month end reporting pack for the CFO, CEO and the board with insights and commentaries
• Supporting the FP&A manager on pricing and unit economics.

• Produce ad-hoc analysis and modelling for specific Group-level projects.
• Help investigate and support ad-hoc business queries from stakeholders.

• About you
  Professional Accounting qualification is ideal
• Big 4 experience or minimum 2-3 years post qualification of FP&A experience.
• High level of commercial acumen and highly skilled in budgeting + forecasting.
• Financial Modelling experience is highly desirable.
• Advanced excel user and system savvy.
• You are detail oriented, organized, and efficient.
• You’re dynamic, proactive, self-starter; naturally inquisitive.
• You enjoy multi-tasking and able to juggle many priorities while meeting deadlines.
• You’re a great communicator both verbally and in writing.
