We are hiring permanent Customer Service Representatives to support our Emergency Roadside client. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for receiving inbound calls from those in need of assistance.

What makes you the right candidate?

Previous customer service experience (minimum 1 year)

Strong communication skills – well spoken / written

De-escalation skills are a definite asset

Ability to display genuine empathy to our customers while in a fast paced environment

Manage high volume of calls

Proficient with Google Maps / Directional capabilities

Comfortable with phone systems and technology

Flexible availability

Working on obtaining your 911 operator certificate and looking to gain experience

What will you do?

Triage inbound calls for our emergency roadside dispatch:
Flat tire

Ran out of gas

Keys / babies / pets locked in cars

Broken down on the highway in a live lane of traffic

In an accident

What will you need?

A high speed internet connection with direct access to your Modem or internet Hub (connect with Ethernet cable)

A private and quiet work space if you are working remotely.
