As a P&C Business Partner Consultant, supporting leaders and team members in the GoCo team, you wear several hats: trusted advisor, consultant, project manager, and change agent. You sit alongside and collaborate with leaders to provide thought leadership for People & Culture activities.
You are resilient, pragmatic, humble, and possess a great sense of humor. Your counsel is equal parts logic, analysis, and strategy. You have a natural curiosity and appreciate that failure and vulnerability are healthy ways to learn and grow. Your passion to make a difference and how you do things will contribute to the success of our internal clients in creating better outcomes for our customers.
