We are recruiting for a RecruitmentHR Administrator to join our friendly, fast paced established team. The RecruitmentHR Administrator will be responsible in providing administrative support for the recruitment team.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
Creating and issuing contractual paperwork, ensuring the highest level of accuracy at all times.

Supporting onboarding of new starts

Maintaining employee files

Creating requisitions for advertising purposes

Providing assistance to recruitment team of reviewing applications

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
Previous experience working within an administrative environment

Previous experience working within a recruitmentHR department in a fast paced environment (desirable)

Ability to communicate effectively with a wide variety of people

Ability to multitask, prioritise and ensuring that all deadlines are met

Excellent organisational skills

Exceptional attention to detail

Experienced user of Microsoft Office applications (word, excel, outlook)

Team player with good verbal and written communication skills

Enthusiastic, self-motivated, approachable and ready to support a very busy and supportive team.
