The Role
Due to internal career development, we are seeking a Supply Planner who will be responsible for the delivery of product availability to our customers and teams.
Working with our advanced systems, you will be tasked with developing effective replenishment plans by balancing the needs and requirements of the Big W business with the capabilities of suppliers whilst optimising orders and driving efficiency. You will work collaboratively across business functions including sales forecasting, store planning, Merch teams, and with our supply partners to ensure superior outcomes.

You are an analytical thinker with a strong Retail/FMCG/Supply Chain background looking for your next role where you can start your career in supply planning. You are looking to further develop your stakeholder management skills and the ability to influence others.

You will bring to the role the ability to manage, organise and prioritise multiple work assignments within a fast paced environment to achieve business timelines. You will have exceptional communication skills and a strong knowledge and understanding of Replenishment systems and processes.
