- Monitoring Accounts payable email address for important correspondence
- Printing all documents from accounts payable email address and distributing to ap team members
- Labeling and updating paper files
- Putting files, digital or paper, into their proper locations
- Gathering and organizing files and documents for coworkers’ use
- Pulling posted invoices from files and matching to check run
- Scanning copies of checks and back up into shared folders
- Filing posted invoices into open payables files
- Photocopying requested documents
- Sorting, delivering, picking up and sending mail
- Assist AP file clerks with special tasks
- Apply postage to checks going out in the mail
- Making copies of checks on check run day
- Strong Excel experience necessary for role
