Customer Service Representative – Wholesale

Job Overview

The Wholesale Customer Service Representative will be responsible for the order creation, processing and optimization of trailer loads for intercompany and third-party dealers. This will be accomplished by partnering with dealer sales teams, sales operations, and customers to meet on time in full delivery expectations. Partner with internal cross functional teams to ensure a “best in class” customer experience.

Job Responsibilities

• Work directly with intercompany accounts to ensure exceptional customer experience, driving on time in full product deliveries.
• Partner with internal dealer sales teams to help drive order fulfillment via inventory utilization and helping drive loads through the shipping pipeline.
• Ensuring proper account pipeline management including end to end order fulfillment.
• Service accounts by monitoring customer activity and inventory movement and establishing a professional rapport with customers.
• Leverage ERP and Business Intelligence management tools to drive effectiveness of order management activities.
• Work with cross functional teams to ensure growth and customer experience goals are achieved.
• Additional duties, as necessary.

Education – Experience Required

• High School diploma or equivalent
• 5+ years of shipping/receiving or order processing experience
• Customer Service Experience
• Less than 10% travel with occasional overnight stays

Physical Demands

• Talk and hear, read, write understand and communicate by telephone.
• The employee is frequently required to use hands for typing, 10-key operation, telephone dialing. Regular use of hands for feeling, grasping, or manipulating objects, tools, or controls.
