The Property Manager is responsible for the day-to-day management and care of their assigned portfolio of homes. Working closely with Homeowners, other Property Managers, Maintenance, Property Inspectors, Housekeeping, Contractors, and Guest Services. The Property Manager must work collaboratively to ensure their homes are being maintained, protected, and preserved at a world-class level.
When dealing with each home maintenance situation the Property Manager must determine the best course of action, obtain owner approval, if necessary, and oversee the completion of all work. Maintaining properties at a world-class level requires excellent attention to detail, problem-solving skills, discretion, organization, and following through on all assignments and issues. Property Managers must take ownership of all aspects of the properties they manage to ensure the Homeowners and Rental Guests are highly satisfied with the condition of their home.
