A Property Inspector/member of the Property Readiness Team is responsible for assisting the PRT Manager with the day-to-day management and care of the homes in their assigned zones. Working closely with Zone Managers, Maintenance, Housekeeping and team members the Property Inspector/PRT must work collaboratively to ensure the highest level of maintenance, protection, preservation and preparation of the properties they work with. One of the most critical responsibilities is ensuring that each home is properly prepared and arrival-ready for every incoming guest or homeowner. Maintaining properties at a world-class level requires excellent attention to detail, problem solving skills, discretion, organization and follow through on all assignments and issues. Property Inspectors/PRTs must take ownership of every home arrival to ensure the Homeowners and Rental Guests are highly satisfied with the condition of their home.
