Big Rock Candy Mountain Retreat Hiring for Seasonal Chef/Cook/Manager at Jadwin, Missouri Full Time

This is a cook/chef/manager position responsible for small kitchen in our bar/restaurant.  This position will include lodging (either in a house in Salem) or a motorhome (very comfortable) on the premises, as well as utilities and a gas allowance if coming from Salem (about 30 mins. away).  This person would manage the grill 4-5 days a week and enjoy all the Ozarks has to offer on their off time.  Hiking, kayaking, canoeing, fishing, atving and horseback riding are in abundance.  We are in our second year of operation and are adding a wedding/event space and will have a lot of catering opportunities as well.  We have cabins, rv spots, glamping tents and primitive camping.

We are 1 1/2 miles from the Current river which brings over 500,000 vacationers to the area annually.  Big Rock is nestled among the pines and known for being a “good vibes only” place.  Hiking, kayaking, canoeing, fishing, atving, horseback riding are in abundance.  We have a great family atmosphere and are growing fast!   Bring your team player attitude and join our team!
