Big Play Games Hiring for Bookkeeper Job at Yatala Full Time

We are looking for a Bookkeeper who’s experienced in Xero to join our team ASAP!

The role will mostly consist of payroll admin assistance and reconciling bank transactions, with other ad hoc bookkeeping/admin tasks including but not limited to:

• Processing payroll in Xero
• Maintaining employee profiles and updating pay rates accordingly
• Setting up superannuation accounts and processing quarterly super
• Paying of invoices
• Support the business in general administration functions

The MUSTS:
– Extensive experience in Xero accounting software

Desirable but not essential:
– Experience in Deputy (exporting timesheets from rostering app)

Our office is located in Yatala, on the northern end of the Gold Coast, and we would ideally prefer someone local that can come into the office, but are open to a work from home arrangement, provided your communication skills are excellent.
