What does Success look like in this Position?

Successful SEO Managers are able to work well with Account Manager(s) and oversee fulfillment activities of SEO Specialists to build trusted relationships with their clients, create and execute successful SEO strategies, and maintain high client retention.

As an SEO Manager, a typical day might include:

• Coordinating with the Account Manager(s) to further your clients’ campaigns progress
• Communicating with clients via email, Zoom calls, and Slack
• Creating and executing SEO strategies that drive stellar results

• Managing a team of specialists and interns to ensure client vision is executed
• Making sure client/internal deadlines are met and within the clients specified budget
• Ensuring measurable results are completed and delivered in a timely manner for clients
• Conducting and documenting an organized onboarding/offboarding for new and terminated clients

This job might be a fit for you, if you have:

• 2-5 years of SEO, Content Marketing, Outreach Campaigns, and Digital PR experience
• Google Analytics certification and experience using it
• Familiarity with popular SEO tools such as: Moz, Buzzstream, SEMRush, Google Search Console, etc.)
• Strong experience with link building and content marketing such as: content ideation and execution; link prospecting, outreach, and promotion
• Strong client communication and relationship skills
• Experience diagnosing technical website issues and recognizing opportunities
