Bradshaw, NE location

As a feed mill operator you will get to experience and be trained in all aspects of the manufacturing process. You will work alongside a talented and professional crew as you spend time working an all-production areas in the plant. Working in a Safe Feed/Safe Food certified facility you will be involved in the Quality Control/Quality Assurance process. Duties will vary daily depending on changing business conditions. This is a key entry level position to develop feed mill operators.

Qualifications:
· Willingness to learn and be an essential part of the production team
· Strong interpersonal skills, written and verbal communication
· Ability to operate or learn to operate equipment
· Require frequent heavy lifting up to 60 lbs.
· Automation and computer experience a plus
· Forklift experience preferred
· Must pass pre-employment drug test and background check
· Candidates must have valid documentation to be able to work in the U.S.
· Normal hours are M-F 7a.m. to 5 p.m. – occasional Saturday mornings
