About Our Role

The role supports the Finance team’s reporting requirements of the group companies.

Responsibilities

• Supporting with the YE audit. This includes working with our external auditors to provide a clean audit on a timely basis.

• Managing our revenue/COS database. This includes understanding how each of our revenue streams and COS structures work from start to finish and that they are correctly recognised in our database/accounts.

• Managing our US entity. This includes everything from reconciling Xero, preparing monthly accounts, liaising with our external US accountants on compliance, preparing supplier payment runs and credit control.

• Preparing and filing ad hoc external reports as well as preparing ad hoc internal analysis.

• Communicating with a number of internal stakeholders on a regular basis.

• Supporting the FC and CFO with ad hoc requests.

What we are looking for

• ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified.

• Experience with complicated revenue and COS recognition is essential.

• Experience with US accounting is helpful but not essential.

• An audit background is helpful but not essential.

• Experience using Xero is helpful but not essential.

• Strong Excel skills.

• Someone who is prepared to roll up their sleeves and support where needed across the Finance team as we are a rapidly growing company and priorities often shift quickly.
