Bibbeo Hiring for Technical Support Agent at Remote Full Time

Bibbeo is pleased to announce that a Junior Technical Support Specialist position has become available. The position is a Salary position, working hours are not set yet but will be worked out with the coworkers and manager that best supports technicians in the field and the rest of the Technician Support Team. It is a work-from-home position that requires working with Project Managers and field technicians by answering tech support questions from those technicians and relaying any important information to the client. Everyone that is a part of the Bibbeo team is family. We work together as one unit with the goal of great customer service with a fun workplace in mind.

Job Responsibilities:

· Working hours can be slightly sporadic depending on how busy the day is, but it is imperative all the work gets done during the day.

· Handling Technician technical support through phone and email

· Able to look at a computer screen and talk with techs all-day

· Maintaining client confidence by keeping all information confidential

Skills needed for this spot:

· Very detailed oriented

· Microsoft Office skills

· Professionalism, confidentiality, positivity and teamwork-oriented

· Must have great organizational skills

· Excellent Communication skills (particularly via phone and email)

· Technical skills

· Multitasking skills (needed to navigate between the two job duties)

Salary will be based on experience and education. We will provide a Mac computer and an iPhone.
