Primary responsibilities include:
Greeting incoming clients and visitors.
Opening and distributing incoming mail each day.
Answer multi-line telephone system, transfer calls to the appropriate person, take accurate messages when necessary.
Organizing and presenting PowerPoint presentation for various meetings.
Taking action items and distributing following the meetings.
Assisting with quarterly newsletter.
Ownership of office space to ensure a professional and clean environment.
Meeting or event planning including lunches and or dinners and space as required.
General clerical and administrative tasks as requested by management.
Special projects as requested by Executive Team.
. Must have experience with MS Office suite to include word, excel and PowerPoint. Should have multi line phone experience. Strong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to proof and edit other’s writing. The ideal candidate will have a strong service mindset with a can-do attitude and upbeat personality.
