An exciting opportunity for a proactive and dynamic accounting professional to look after Nickel West Management with a key focus to provide consolidated financial support and business insight across all finance activities, supporting the business to make value based decisions. Specifically, on value maximisation, you will be required to provide strategic financial and commercial guidance.
Core responsibilities:
Assist in the management of the end to end management reporting function for the operation.
Prepare financials for 5 Year Plan, Budget and Quarterly Forecasts.
Prepare Management Reporting, including: half year and year end reporting requirements and month end analysis reporting submissions to Group and internal stakeholders.
Provide strategic and scenario analysis to influence key business decisions.
Provide key insights into cash flow forecasts and EBITDA.
Deliver ad hoc queries/analysis and sensitivities for key metrics.
Provide support to our Function Leads including managing our electricity sales and consumption.
Drive for continuous improvement and standardisation.
Build partnerships and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
Yu will have the following to be considered:
Technical strengths will be complemented by an adaptable and team-spirited approach. A self-starter that strives to provide high standards of output and service to internal stakeholders.
Previous experience in cash flow and EBITDA analysis.
Finance/Commerce Degree qualified (CA / CPA preferred).
Experience in a Big 4 or Mid-tier based firm and / or resources industry is highly advantageous.
Experience with SAP is an advantage.

You will have energy and enthusiasm, thrive under a dynamic and energetic work environment and have the capacity to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
