Full Job Description
BHcare is looking to bring on a Talent Acquisition Partner to join their Talent Acquisition Team. The Talent Acquisition (TA) Partner will assist with the organization’s growth in talent and culture. This role will closely collaborate with program leaders to enhance our talent pipeline and ensure that it is in alignment with BHcare’s mission, values and culture. This role will to the Talent Acquisition Manager. The TA Partner is responsible for recruiting quality candidates to meet the needs of the organization by collaborating with the Talent Acquisition Manager, Leadership, and Hiring Managers to develop creative sourcing strategies. The TA Partner will participate in the full recruitment life cycle, from supporting the creation of employer brand awareness, to ensuring excellent candidate care, managing the application process, overseeing selection, managing offers, and managing onboarding and orientation. The Talent Acquisition Partner will work closely with the Talent Acquisition Manager maximizing all talent acquisition tools, processes and systems at BHcare to improve the support provided to hiring managers and create an excellent candidate experience.
RESPONSIBLE FOR THE FOLLOWING RESULTS:
- Participate in the full life cycle of recruiting, from planning, sourcing, interview selection, onboarding of new hires.
- Facilitate a meaningful orientation experience that aligns with organizational requirements and successful employee experience.
- Screen applicants for all clinical and non-clinical roles.
- Source candidates via applicant tracking system, job boards, search engines, social networks, etc.
- Fulfill open requisitions with timely and cost-effective methods in securing high quality talent.
- Collaborate with Hiring Managers and Team members to develop job descriptions and specifications, developing job postings, onboarding of new hires, etc.
- Develop plans and organize candidate experience activities such as surveys, information sessions, pipeline updates and social media.
- Attend and participate in job fairs and recruitment information sessions.
- Utilize Key Performance Metrics to drive the success of the department.
- Participate in workforce planning for current and future talent needs.
- Maintain solid industry awareness and market intelligence in terms of hiring trends, competitive intelligence as well as compensation trends and challenges.
- Ensure that recruitment practices are effective, efficient and compliant with applicable federal and state legislation and internal HR policies and processes.

- Perform related duties as assigned by supervisor.

Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field or equivalent experience in the field required.
- 1+ years of Talent Acquisition experience required.
- Background in behavioral health and healthcare staffing preferred.
- Previous experience in a high volume recruiting setting preferred.
- Must have experience working in an electronic Applicant Tracking System and designing and executing job postings on social media platforms and sourcing candidates with multiple job boards (Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Strong interpersonal, communication and consulting skills. Ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels.
- Analytical skills and ability to manage established HR metrics.
- Organizational skills with ability to prioritize effectively and manage multiple tasks in an environment with competing demands.
- Ability to travel to BHcare locations as needed.
