BGIS Hiring for Talent Acquisition Sourcing Specialist Job at Sydney Full Time

The Talent Acquisition Sourcing Specialist is responsible for providing support to the Talent Acquisition Business Partner in managing the end-to-end recruitment process for their business unit/talent segment by assisting with sourcing suitable, high quality candidates and actively building talent pools.

The role will be based in Sydney, NSW.

The role will focus on executing sourcing strategies, developed by the HR BP in conjunction with the client group and concentrate on passive sourcing, candidate screening, candidate development and the development of referral networks through discussions with hiring managers and other key stakeholders within the organisation as well as executing appropriate advertisement campaigns.

Working closely with the Hiring Manager and TA BP, the role involves facilitation and coordination of BGIS resources and specialists, ensuring that effective employment branding and sourcing campaigns and methodologies are executed in order to deliver recruitment solutions to the internal stakeholders

Ideally you will come from a recruitment background (in house or agency) and have excellent communication skills. Your passion for finding solutions and a desire to succeed will serve you well as will a solid knowledge of social media and other alternate sourcing strategies.
